Anne Dudek

Anne Louise Dudek, an American actor from the United States. She is known for portraying Tiffany Wilson in the 2004 film White Chicks Danielle Brooks in the USA Network television series Covert Affairs Dr. Amber Volakis on the Fox series House Lura Grant in the HBO show Big Love and Francine Hanson in the AMC series Mad Men. Anne Dudek, an American actress, is famous for her character Tiffany Wilson in 2004's comedy film White Chicks. Television appearances comprise The Dr. Amber Volakis, in the Fox's House sitcom Danielle Brookson, in USA Network drama Covert Affairs; and Lura Gran, in the HBO dramatic Big Love. Born and raised in Massachusetts Dudek went to Northwestern University where she got her first part in the stage production of The Iphigenia Cycle. Dudek was honored with an award called the Joseph E. Caloway Award for her exceptional performance during that New York City production. American Theater Magazine also featured Dudek in their list of 10 theatre actors who should be followed. Dudek had the opportunity to be offered roles in television and on the big screen. Two children on the screen, the gifted actress was engaged to Matthew Heller from 2008 to 2016. Dudek, born March 22 1975, in Boston Massachusetts but raised in Newton. At the beginning of her career, she was a student at Northwestern University where she performed in a variety of theatrical productions. Dudek also made her Broadway debut in Wrong Mountain (2000). In the following year, she received the Connecticut Critics Circle Award in appreciation of her performance in The Glass Menagerie. The Book Group in Britain was her first TV appearance. Since then, she has guest-starred on various series, like Desperate Houswives, Charmed bones Numb3rs and Six Feet Under How I Met Your Mother. In the pilot for Psych, she played Lucinda and, in Law & Order Criminal Intent as a teacher with a relationship with a student. Dudek was offered her first regular character in House playing Amber Volakis. It was her character that the forty physicians Dr. Gregory House considered for an ongoing role on his team. Her character continued to show up throughout the entire season, but she was eventually killed off in House's head, the second of two episodes in Wilson's Heart and House's Head. In episode 5 of the season Saviors, House would experience her as the result of a hallucination. This was how she remained for all of the season. Dudek later appeared in Mad Men as next-door neighbor Francine Hanson as well as on Big Love as one of Alby Grant's antagonistic wives. Both as recurring characters. In 2010, Dudek became part of the cast on Covert Affairs portraying Danielle Brooks who is the sister of the main character. In 2004, she was Tiffany Wilson, heir to an ocean liner in White Chicks. She also appeared as the Anthony Hopkins daughter in The Human Stain.
